**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales, liaising with clients' representatives, and carrying out PPM maintenance as per the instruction set provided within the customer CAFM system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with clients' representatives with respect to maintenance & repair tasks.
  • Carry out all PPM maintenance as per the instruction set provided within the customer CAFM system.
  • Update asset data/condition/status in the customer CAFM system.
  • Undertake site surveys & produce Works Requests, Method Statements & Risk Assessments for planned works.
  • Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements.
  • Responsible for other building and installation works as required.
  • Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU's / FCU's and Basic Plumbing, basic site inspection requirements.
  • Complete reactive, PPM jobs & projects in a timely manner.
  • Undertake minor projects works.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous Fabric, Carpentry experience.
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Equivalent in carpentry.
  • IPAF preferred.
  • Current UK driver's license.
