Construction Project Manager

Job Description:
">- A seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor is sought after by Contract Scotland to lead the financial management of multi-million-pound power transmission projects from Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase to completion.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, quality, and contracts for substation projects, as well as providing strategic advice to enhance project profitability and mitigate risks.
- This role requires strong contract management skills, ideally with NEC contracts, and a proven track record in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- The successful candidate will also mentor junior quantity surveyors, collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, and prepare and submit financial reports.
Key Qualifications:
">- Possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong contract management skills, ideally with NEC contracts.
- Show a proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction or infrastructure sector.
