About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP division based in our London office. As a Principal, you will be empowered to mentor and grow your own team, with the opportunity to engage with clients, develop, and progress quickly. You will be a pro-active member of the MEP team, supporting the day-to-day running of the mechanical disciplines, working on multidisciplinary projects across various building sectors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead on projects and take responsibility for the technical delivery and financial profitability of the project.
  • Develop relationships with clients, project managers, and architects and actively identify opportunities for other disciplines to become involved in projects.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification at HNC, HND, Bachelors, or Masters and ideally chartered status.
  • Proven experience working as a Principal Mechanical Engineer (or Senior looking to progress into a Principal role) with a track record of working within the UK on a range of mainstream building services projects.
  • Sound knowledge of BIM processes, Revit, and IES/Amtech.
