Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals and their families
- Support daily living activities, education, and leisure pursuits
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Proven experience in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly according to service needs
- NISCC registration or ability to register upon appointment
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 1 year
