About the Job- Deliver high-quality care and ensure client well-being as a key member of our care team.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to support the growth and development of our care staff.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular meetings with colleagues and management to discuss best practices and share knowledge.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.
- $200 Joining Bonus – paid after three months in your role, demonstrating our appreciation for your hard work and dedication.
- Enhanced Bank Holiday Rate: up to $27.90 per hour.
- Generous On-Call Rate and comprehensive benefits package, including company pension and mobile phone provided for work purposes.
