Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Consultant Recruiter. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client and candidate relationships, conducting active searches, and attending international conferences to grow your business network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run your own 360 recruitment desk, actively building client and candidate networks in your niche technical arena.
  • Conduct active candidate searches using various methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, and other databases.
  • Attend international conferences and conduct onsite client visits to grow and utilize your business network.
  • Work to KPIs at an individual and team level in a high-performance environment.
  • Develop and maintain excellent rapport-building and interpersonal relationship skills to achieve a targeted and consultative approach.

Requirements
  • Comfortable working to KPIs at an individual and team level in a high-performance environment.

  • Excellent rapport-building and interpersonal relationship skills to achieve a targeted and consultative approach.
  • Seeking a long-term career in recruitment/sales and possess ambition to progress within this.

Previous experience in a recruitment/sales environment is not essential, but a strong desire to succeed and grow with our company is essential.
