We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Consultant Recruiter. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client and candidate relationships, identifying and sourcing top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run your own 360 recruitment desk, actively building client and candidate networks in your niche technical area.
  • Conduct active candidate searches using various methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, and other databases.
  • Attend international conferences and conduct onsite client visits to grow and utilize your business network.
  • Work to KPIs at an individual and team level in a high-performance environment.
