Job Description: As a Sales Development Manager, you will be office-based, responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Your primary objective is to communicate the products and services offered, enhance sales potential through incoming and outgoing calls, and gain new accounts while maximizing repeat business. You will provide customers with the highest level of service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you must have proven Sales/Account Management experience within an industrial/trade/distribution setting. You should possess outstanding customer service skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a desire for continuous development.
