In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior and making data-driven decisions to improve the system at Aviva, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance user experience, while also driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.

To succeed, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance user experience
  • Develop and maintain documentation on data usage and tracking procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis and business acumen
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in data-driven decision making
