We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our dynamic Emergency Department team at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working in partnership with patients, their carers, and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the patient's physical, spiritual, and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate individualised patient care.
  • Formulate and deliver high-quality patient care with supervision.
  • Record information about patients in a safe, accurate, and consistent manner.
  • Administer medicines to patients in accordance with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) Standards for Medicines Management and Trust policy.
