Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales and Partnerships Executive to join our team in either Guildford or Leeds. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our client's mortgage business through inside sales engagement. This exciting opportunity offers a base salary of up to £38,000 plus a 40% bonus, as well as excellent career progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with in-depth knowledge of the regulated industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with mortgage brokers and key industry partners via telephone and virtual channels, driving new business growth and exceeding performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of mortgage products and effectively communicate their unique value propositions to brokers and partners.
  • Drive new business growth by initiating, maintaining, and expanding professional relationships through telephonic and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies, exceed performance targets, and maintain exemplary service levels for customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver value via remote channels.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
  • Demonstrable success in a sales or account management role within a regulated industry (Mortgages, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance etc).
