Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Professional to join our team at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with excellent inspection and repair skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing joinery in NIHE properties, ensuring they are safe and tidy. You will also work collaboratively with other staff or contractors on sites as necessary.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have completed a Joinery apprenticeship and have a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in a Joinery environment. A full, clean, UK driving licence is also required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £12.80 per hour, with the possibility of extension based on performance. As an employee of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, you will receive weekly pay and inclusion in our company pension scheme.
