Handyman/woman

Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners
- Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role preferred
- Strong knowledge of schematics and blueprints
- Ability to supervise and coordinate tasks with other team members
- Proficient in electrical and mechanical repairs
- Leadership skills to effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Welding experience is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure tenant satisfaction

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
