Job Title: Sales and Events Representative

Join Brighton i360 Ltd as a Sales and Events Representative and be part of a dynamic team that offers a unique experience to visitors. As a Sales and Events Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Brighton i360 as one of the UK's leading visitor attractions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales Supervisor in achieving sales targets for revenue and visitor numbers.
  • Respond to inbound bookings and enquiries by phone, email, and social media for the travel trade and groups.
  • Liaise with existing clients to strengthen partnerships and drive sales growth.
  • Develop new business opportunities and set up meetings between the Sales Supervisor or Event Sales Manager and new clients.
  • Administrate the end-to-end contract process for B2B and B2C sales.
  • Act as an ambassador for the attraction at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows in the UK and overseas.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to input into groups trade marketing activity.
  • Resolve any complaints received from clients in line with service recovery guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year's sales experience, ideally gained in a visitor attraction environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of successful client relationships and closing sales.
  • Confidence in selling in person and over the phone.
  • Proactivity and goal focus to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work without direct day-to-day supervision but also as a team player.
