As a Group, Conference, and Events Sales Executive at Hilton Hotels, you will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events. Your primary goal will be to drive sales leads and increase conversions, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximise revenue
  • Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team
  • Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
  • Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds
  • Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities

What We're Looking For:

A successful Group, Conference, and Events Sales Executive will possess excellent organisational and administration skills, a positive attitude, and good communication skills. They will be committed to delivering a high level of customer service and have a confident telephone manner. Additionally, they will have a high level of IT skills, excellent grooming standards, and demonstrated previous experience working in a sales environment.
