Transportation Specialist II

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist II to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials between our facilities and customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Operations: Operate light transport vehicles, such as passenger vans and light trucks, to deliver supplies, products, or equipment according to designated schedules.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload vehicles with supplies, products, or equipment, and ensure that all materials are properly secured and protected during transport.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition, and report any issues or concerns to the maintenance team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a standard driving license and be able to operate light transport vehicles safely and efficiently. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
