Job Title: Commercial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Distribute works to subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Administer subcontractor works, including data collection and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial regulations are adhered to.
  • Collect and record information on works, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with customers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
  • Review quotations and specifications from subcontractors to ensure value for money.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, using data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Support line management in other relevant tasks, as required.
Requirements:
  • Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in social housing maintenance services or a related field.
  • Awareness of health and safety requirements.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Five GCSEs (grades A-C) or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
