Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists are partnering with a national veterans charity to find a Trust and Corporate Fundraising Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering the charity's fundraising plan, identifying and pursuing new income opportunities from trusts, foundations, and corporate donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to meet the charity's income targets.
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and corporate donors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key funders to secure grants and donations.
  • Write and submit compelling funding applications and reports to ensure excellent stewardship of funders.
  • Provide excellent supporter care and management to ensure long-term relationships with funders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets, with experience in grant fundraising, charitable foundations, corporate foundations, lottery, or statutory sources.
  • Excellent research and prospecting skills to create a pipeline of relevant opportunities.
  • Ability to tailor and personalize applications and presentations to reflect the individual priorities of funders.
  • Demonstrable stewardship experience, with the ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio of supporters working to deadlines and agreed targets.
