The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the management and development of a specialized area within the school.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A nationally recognized Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification and a defined specialist field knowledge are essential requirements for this role.

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognized Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification.
  • Strong background in education and teaching practices.
