Job Overview:

CV-Library is a leading recruitment agency based in Glasgow, and we are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for managing a team of payroll processors and ensuring the smooth delivery of monthly payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of payroll processors, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Oversee the day-to-day payroll operations, including staff coverage and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager who can take on a leadership role and drive improvements within our payroll function. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a hybrid working model, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team environment.
