C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a skilled Europe Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting bespoke travel itineraries that immerse clients in the destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with clients through video calls, email, and telephone to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Design and curate personalized travel itineraries that showcase the best of Europe.
  • Competently close sales and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the wider team and external partners to resolve operational issues.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with suppliers in North America.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Europe and extensive knowledge of top-end travel products.
  • Experience working in tailor-made travel, specializing in Europe.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs.
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary up to 38K dependent on experience, plus a generous commission structure.
  • Flexible working hours, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
  • The opportunity to travel extensively in Europe.
