Location: Totton Southampton

Salary: Up to £18 per hour (must be level 3 qualified for this salary/hour rate) with uncapped bonus potential OTE £45,500

Full-Time and Permanent Position

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours a week with optional overtime available on Saturdays

Established in 1931, they are a thriving and forward-thinking family-owned enterprise.

They are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Coating Specialist for their Accident Repair Centre in Totton Southampton.

About the Role:

As a Coating Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating the spray booth efficiently.

- Ensuring vehicles are properly masked and prepared to the required standards.

- Mixing and matching paint colors accurately.

- Verifying that the painted work meets quality standards for reassembly.

- Conducting repairs in accordance with industry standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks comply with health and safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Paint Spraying
• Valid driving license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle paint spraying
