Salary: Up to £18 per hour (must be level 3 qualified for this salary/hour rate) with uncapped bonus potential

Full-Time and Permanent Position

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week with optional overtime available on Saturdays

They are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Coating Specialist for their Accident Repair Centre in Totton Southampton.

About the Role:

As a Coating Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating the spray booth efficiently.

- Ensuring vehicles are properly masked and prepared to the required standards.

- Mixing and matching paint colors accurately.

- Verifying that the painted work meets quality standards before reassembly.

- Performing repairs in accordance with industry standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Paint Spraying.
• Full and valid driving license.
• At least 3 years of experience in vehicle paint spraying.
