Job Title: Senior Collections and Recoveries Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Collections and Recoveries Officer. As a key member of our loan servicing team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME loan cases to maximise recoveries while ensuring compliance with our corporate values and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and interpret financial information to assess the prospects of recovery
  • Maintain and update accurate case notes and attachments within our CRM system
  • Drive to maximise recoveries while working within our TCF policy and corporate values
  • Experience of actively managing a portfolio of SME recovery cases, with a track record of delivering for lenders
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial information, for example P&L, balance sheets and cashflows
  • Successful track record of achieving impressive recoveries results
Requirements:
  • Recoveries: 5 years (required)
  • Debt Collection: 5 years (required)
