Personal Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant with Radfield Home Care, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of making ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of empathy, compassion, and respect when working with vulnerable adults. You will need to be flexible, able to work varied shifts, and have a genuine interest in helping others. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are also essential requirements for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and medication
