We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at the Royal Society of Medicine. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and restaurant facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to plan and execute events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
You will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a similar environment, with experience in supervisory roles and a strong understanding of food safety procedures. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Initial interviews will be conducted via telephone, followed by a trial shift for successful candidates.
