Job Description

We require a senior mobile device technician to join our team at Smart Delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient repair and maintenance of complex electronic smart gadgets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Test and diagnose technical issues, replacing damaged parts and components as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely communication with customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of computer networking and mobile device technology.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
