Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced electronics repair specialist to join our team at Smart Delivery. As a senior mobile device technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient repair and maintenance of complex electronic smart gadgets.

Responsibilities
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare work on devices and equipment based on specifications.
  • Run tests to assess functionality and identify technical issues.
  • Install and update software, troubleshoot wiring problems and installations.
  • Diagnose and detect faults, replace damaged parts and components.
  • Visit and advise clients on the use and servicing of electronic equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking and mobile device technology is essential.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries and concerns.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
