The People Team at Starling Bank is seeking a highly skilled Reward Partner to support the Head of Reward in delivering the reward strategy and implementation, governance, and controls within the People Team activities. As a key member of the team, you will provide support on reward governance and regulation matters, ensuring appropriate remuneration structures, policies, and practices are in place across Starling. About You
We're looking for someone who can think strategically, prioritizing high-impact work while never neglecting details. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity, ongoing change, and changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle sensitive information confidentially, and possess an improvement mindset to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of services offered. With a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, an extra day's holiday for your birthday, and annual leave increased with length of service, you'll have the freedom to grow and develop your career.
