Office Services Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Services Manager to join our team in Ferndown, Dorset. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, strong customer service skills and some experience of accounts.
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established company that supplies and fits carpets and flooring to both commercial and residential customers. As an Office Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our small team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- To answer all incoming calls on a daily basis and deal with customer and supplier enquiries via phone or email
- To provide day-to-day Health & Safety administration
- To ensure the office is kept tidy and clear of hazards
- To be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and visitors
- To undertake Purchase Ledger activities
- To assist with Sales Ledger in the absence of the Accounts Manager
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and ability to support a small team
- Proficient in MS Office applications
