Join Our Team as a Clinical Administrator

Orri is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to revolutionizing the treatment of eating disorders in the UK. We are seeking a part-time Clinical Administrator to support the Clinic Coordinator in the day-to-day running of our service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinic Coordinator, including liaising with clients, carers, and practitioners.
  • Manage the outpatient timetable, confirming appointments and managing timetabling queries.
  • Attend daily handovers to support with administrative requests and update the finance and case management teams as required.
  • Undertake daily reviews of 1:1 session scheduling, ensuring note entries are completed and sessions marked as attended or declined.
  • Manage room allocations and provide administrative support to consultant Psychiatrists as required.
  • Cover reception and receptionist duties.
  • Contribute to ensuring that Orri's safeguarding policies and procedures are followed consistently.
