About the Job
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to work alongside the Sous Chef and Head Chef, driving excellence in kitchen operations and supporting the company's mission.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional results, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of kitchen hygiene.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of food inventory, monitoring consumption and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, reducing waste and improving productivity.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to set and achieve culinary standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across the kitchen.
  • Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Package Includes:

  • A competitive salary between £27,000 and £30,000 per annum.
  • A 40-hour working week with a mix of early and late shifts.
