About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Sterling Cross. As a key member of our Residential Conveyancing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Team Leader and managing your own caseload under supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Team Leader in the management of the team's workload and caseload.
  • Manage your own caseload, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks and projects.
  • Conduct title checks, raise and review enquires, and report on search results.
  • Order and check routine property searches, and report on findings.
  • Review and check mortgage offers, and communicate with clients and lenders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload and work under supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems and other software.
