Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to Support Workers in their daily activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Supervise and coach Support Workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Embed quality support for individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Manage rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet the needs of our service users.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Support Work or Healthcare.
- Ability to drive and access to a vehicle.
- Passionate, caring, and enthusiastic approach to supporting individuals.
- Flexible, patient, and non-judgmental attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
