About the Job

As an SEN Learning Mentor/Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEND in mainstream schools. Your duties will include developing and implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour, managing challenging situations, and maintaining effective relationships with parents and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with SEND in mainstream schools

The salary for this role is approximately £19,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including training and development opportunities.
