Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategy and driving effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Execution
    • Administer our HubSpot CRM marketing system, including data management, automation, report building, and campaign integration.
    • Support with data analysis to inform local and national marketing campaigns, including social media and Google paid advertising.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Assist our Content Manager and external agencies in producing SEO-rich content for case studies, thought leadership pieces, and advertisements.
  • Digital Marketing Activities
    • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Support the planning and execution of company events, webinars, and trade shows, including promotional activities and follow-up communications.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and understand market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management
    • Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
  • Performance Reporting
    • Generate regular reports on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Marketing qualification or equivalent experience
  • A good understanding of digital marketing strategy and best practices
  • Good knowledge of content management software and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, proofing, and SEO skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • The ability to proactively manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (with Adobe Create Suite being advantageous)
