Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team at Reed Hospitality & Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to excel in their roles, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring consistency in every aspect of service.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, upholding our commitment to 5-star customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory effectively, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and within budget.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial management, including recording income and expenses and balancing cash registers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Planning and Organisation: Strong planning and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays in line with restaurant service hours.
