  3. Champion innovation in the delivery of services, responding to environmental changes and customer expectations.

Person Specification

Essential Experience

Must have extensive contract management experience and knowledge of workplace services performance management, including commercial frameworks and typical IT systems used within the industry.

Desirable Experience

Experience of working in a data-driven industry or consultancy working within industry, with prior exposure to working with large and complex data sets.
