Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO, managing calendars, travel, communication, and prioritizing critical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-Functional & Project Coordination: Engage with multiple teams, supporting the coordination of internal projects and collaborating with key stakeholders across departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including senior executives in the financial sector.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute company-wide meetings and events, both internal and external, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 4–10 years of high-level administrative support, with demonstrated experience as an EA in financial services or a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive Support: Experience managing not only executive support but also facilitating cross-functional projects and working with a variety of stakeholders, including external financial industry players.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and think on your feet.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
