Customer Service Lead

Panaz Ltd is looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead our customer support team. As Head of Customer Service, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through effective service strategies and operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead a team of customer service advisors, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Nurture relationships between Customer Service and Area Sales Managers.
- Monitor customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Introduce best practices to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Build relationships with key customers.
