Job Description:

">As a Loan Risk Manager, you will be responsible for making fair and responsible credit decisions based on customer information. You will own the customer journey from application to redemption, working closely with internal departments and directors to ensure swift and diligent service delivery.">

Key Skills and Qualifications:

">Excellent analytical skills, ability to problem-solve, and creative thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail and numeracy. Experience of presenting to and influencing at director level is desirable.">

Compensation and Benefits:

">£35,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits include 3 pm Friday finish, 32 days annual leave including bank holidays, birthday off, free parking on site, company pension, and winter and summer team events.">
