We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant in Palliative Medicine to join our team at Triple West Medical. As a Consultant in Palliative Medicine, you will provide expert medical care to patients in community outpatient clinics, domiciliary visits, and inpatient sessions at the Hospice.

The successful candidate will participate in weekly locality and Hospice Specialist Palliative Care Multidisciplinary Team meetings to lead on and support patient care. You will work collaboratively with the four other Consultants in Palliative Medicine and the wider multi-professional team to ensure continuity of care.

The role also involves participating in the on-call rota at St Catherine's Hospice on a 1:5 basis, which includes the provision of senior support for the St Catherine's Hospice 24-hour Professional Advice Line.

Our client's location offers a unique blend of rural countryside and cosmopolitan city, with excellent public and private schools within the catchment area. With current motorway and railway links to big cities, this is an excellent location with the best of both worlds.
