We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Engineering Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our Engineering team at Cranswick Country Foods. The position operates Monday to Friday during standard office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including the management of work orders and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, maintaining current asset records, and generating weekly and monthly performance reports. Provide on-demand support and training related to the CMMS. Maintain an organized and accessible filing system to ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Process orders by raising and confirming with suppliers, coordinating deliveries, and matching receipts with invoices. Prepare reports to assist the management team in decision-making. Conduct inventory audits of the stores and manage necessary adjustments. Create purchase orders through Shire/NAV, ensuring accurate invoice checking and receipting processes. Drive initiatives for store optimization across the facility. Utilize Shire Systems (CMMS) to track and monitor part usage and manage new parts through Navision. Collaborate with the broader team to maximize the use of Pirana and Navision in the purchasing process, ensuring that Group Purchasing systems are current and well-maintained.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in engineering stores. Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities. Highly numerate with attention to detail.
