We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Health and Safety Manager to join our team at LWS Recruitment Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective safety policies and procedures. You will also conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience. The benefits package also includes a generous holiday allowance of 30 days increasing by one day each year of service, to max 35 days allowance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective safety policies and procedures
- Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
