Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers to undertake technical design work, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to relevant design standards and codes.
  • Manage time and budgets effectively to meet key project milestones and programmes.
  • Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met in design.
  • Develop and maintain sound knowledge of design and analysis of heavy concrete and steel structures, as well as familiarity with current design standards and working practices.
  • Proficiency in designing with appropriate structural analysis packages.
  • Experience in the nuclear sector, particularly in the design and implementation of safety-related structures, systems, and components (strongly preferred).
