Job Title: Connected Home Proposition Lead

As a Connected Home Proposition Lead, you'll play a key role in developing our connected home strategy and ensuring its successful deployment to internal teams and banners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of our connected home strategy and ensure its effective deployment to internal teams and banners.
  • Be a subject matter expert on the connected home market, trends, and developments, ensuring these considerations are integrated into range category plans and product requirements.
  • Lead dialogue and direction on maximizing go-to-market impact and best-in-class merchandising execution across in-store and online channels.
  • Analyze product lead range structures to adjust them to meet customer needs (range, price, functions).
  • Ensure the feedback of information to product development teams within the framework of defined strategic and tactical orientations.
  • Be the link between banners and internal teams, supporting them in their range strategy implementation and ensuring the proper integration of O&S products into banners' ranges.
  • Provide banners' product teams with all the necessary information for good product positioning, in compliance with the O&S strategy.

Requirements:

  • Commercial and customer insight - be a product enthusiast and passionate business developer to deploy connected home strategy.
  • Proven experience of implementing global commercial projects (product or business development).
  • Project management.
  • Very good relationship with stakeholders - influencing and networking.
  • Multiple stakeholder management - strong network with banners and internal teams.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
