Tax Senior Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Tax Senior, you will play a key role in supporting the Tax Manager with the provision of audit services for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax computations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide tax advisory services to clients, offering expert guidance on tax matters.
  • Support the Tax Manager in coaching and training junior team members, promoting their learning and development.
  • Monitor client deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assess and mitigate risk, ensuring the team's workflow is efficient and effective.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team and other sectors of the firm to drive company growth.
  • Identify and promote services that add value to client portfolios.
  • Develop strong networking skills to promote the department and build relationships with clients.
  • Champion the firm's values within the team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional client-facing communication skills, ensuring a professional and personable service.

Requirements:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified or a finalist with audit experience within practice.

  • Technically efficient in both audit and accounting, with a focus on improving systems and processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to review and improve processes.
