Senior Business Development Support Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our Head of Sales & Marketing and Business Development team. The successful candidate will focus on maximising the efficiency of processes and procedures, allowing maximum standards of efficiency across the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple sales calendars and monitor incoming sales email enquiries, delegating where required
  • Upload sales data to the company CRM for use in daily sales meetings
  • Produce detailed sales performance reports, pipelines, and metrics
  • Take and document sales meeting notes
  • Action sales and business development requirements, including conducting customer account reviews, sending samples, and managing customer online accounts

This is a highly visible role where the BD Support Administrator will regularly liaise with a wide range of colleagues. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. The business is technology-focused, utilising a range of digital sales platforms, so good general experience of MS Office products and the ability to pick-up on new systems will be essential.

We are looking for an organised and sales-oriented Administrator, ideally gained within a sales/BD support environment. Previous exposure gained within a production or manufacturing environment would be advantageous, but applicants with a strong aptitude for delivering a high-quality customer experience within any setting will be given strong consideration.
