Senior Business Development Support Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our Head of Sales & Marketing and Business Development team. The successful candidate will be based at our prestigious headquarters and will be responsible for maximising the efficiency of processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple sales calendars and monitor incoming sales email enquiries
  • Upload sales data to our CRM for use in daily sales meetings
  • Produce detailed sales performance reports, pipelines and metrics
  • Take and document sales meeting notes
  • Action sales and business development requirements

We are looking for an organised and sales orientated Administrator with a strong aptitude for delivering a high quality customer experience. Previous experience in a sales/BD support environment is ideal, but not essential. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with a wide range of colleagues.

This is a highly visible role that requires good general experience of MS Office products and the ability to pick-up on new systems. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
