We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Team Lead to join our team at Garden House Hospice Care. As a Nursing Team Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting and mentoring our Inpatient Unit Team to deliver high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Inpatient Unit Manager in ensuring optimum care standards for patients and their families.
  • Oversee and support Registered Nurses, APs, NAs, and HCAs in delivering direct and indirect care.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care plans and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures.
What You Will Need
  • A Registered Nurse with NMC Registration and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
